LessonDraft is an AI-powered tool that helps educators generate lesson plans, quizzes, rubrics, report card comments, parent emails, and IEP goals. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use LessonDraft.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro and Max plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal on your dashboard, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LessonDraft to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others. You may use AI-generated content for your own professional and personal educational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by LessonDraft is produced by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. Always review AI-generated content before using it in your classroom.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the content you generate using LessonDraft. We retain ownership of the LessonDraft platform, interface, and underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

LessonDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LessonDraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
